Where does your agency stand?
Nothing is submitted or stored — this runs entirely in your browser. It is a prompt for your own review, not an assessment of your business.

This checklist is a general prompt for agency owners and is not legal, financial, tax or compliance advice. Requirements vary by jurisdiction and by the platforms you work with. Speak to a qualified professional about your own situation.
What SettleQuik covers
SettleQuik is a directory and invoicing platform. It does not process payments, hold funds or move money — your creators are paid directly on the apps they already use. Of the eight items above, it helps with four:
- ✓ More than one way to be paid. Each creator's page can list up to 20 payment methods, including Paxum, Wise, Pix and crypto. If one is closed, you swap a link rather than rebuild anything.
- ✓ Regular link checks. The Agency plan runs weekly link health checks across the roster, so a broken method surfaces before a creator notices the drop.
- ✓ Which methods get used. Per-method click data across the roster shows what your audience actually reaches for.
- ✓ Controlled roster access. Manage every creator page from one account, with access you can grant and remove.
The other four — business banking, written agreements, a ban response plan and monthly reconciliation — are things your agency does, not things software does for you.
One page per creator, one dashboard for the roster
The Agency plan includes 10 seats at $99/month, with extra seats at $10/month each. Bulk import brings an existing roster across in one go.
